The APPEX application monitors equipment and sends real-time notifications, both for you and the APPEX team. Your AI assistant, Chappex, within the application answers any questions related to fire safety. With the APPEX application, you can easily monitor all information and activities:
- The placement plan for fire suppression and first aid products
- The date of the last inspection for each product
- The expiration dates for fire suppression products and first aid kits
- When the next invoice will be issued
- The history of all activities in your spaces.
Security Plan
Our team inputs the placement plan for each floor or space into the system and installs fire safety signage labels. Each piece of equipment is entered into the system, positioned on the layout plan, and the APPEX application monitors them in real time, providing continuous information about the product's status and expiration date.

Annual Inspection
The subscription includes the annual inspection of fire extinguishers, weighing them, and maintaining them in accordance with current laws. APPEX takes care of extinguishers that are no longer in use for disposal, providing the necessary documentation for disposal and ensuring they are fully recycled.

Purchases
You completely eliminate purchases because we replace existing products with lifetime-compliant ones. Through the buy-back process, for each extinguisher replaced and collected from the client, a buy-back cost is calculated based on the remaining years of validity. This cost can be used as a voucher to reduce future payments on the annual subscription.
